Online Return and Exchange Policy for individual Sales

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and must also be returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges
Customer must pay for inbound freight charges for the item being exchanged. Please indicate the style, size and color that you need on your original packing slip. Please make sure the packing slip is included with the item when sending it back.

Returns
Please indicate the reason for the return on your packing list. You will receive full credit on you credit card for the full price of the purchased product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please make sure the packaging list is enclosed in your shoe box.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped Standard (ground) via UPS. Orders will be shipped out 2-3 days after the order is placed. Any orders that are placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the next business day. If we do not have a product in stock you will be notified. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Standard shipping time is 3 to 5 business days. We do not offer any other method of shipment other then UPS standard.
